SNOWMOBILE Rental Contract
Tug Hill Snowmobile Rentals, it’s agents and or employees, hereafter collectively referred to as the owner, agree to provide a snowmobile to the Renter for the said rental period. If the said snowmobile should break down, then the owner shall retrieve the snowmobile free of towing charges and replace said broken down snowmobile with another if available or prorate the rental charge at the time the call was received . The owner certifies that the snowmobile is legally registered and carries the required liability insurance and said proof is located in the seat compartment in the snowmobile. The snowmobile is provided with a full tank of 93 octane gasoline and a full tank of synthetic 2 cycle snowmobile oil. It is the renters responsibility to use 89 octane or higher gasoline and synthetic 2 cycle snowmobile oil. The renter is responsible for any and all damages that occur to the snowmobile during the rental period whether or not the renter or some other person or entity is to blame. Renter is responsible for ALL litigation cost and expenses incurred that the owner may face as a result of the renter being involved in any type of accident. Renter shall be solely responsible for any and all resulting litigation cost and expenses incurred by any breach of contract what so ever! Renter authorizes the owner to charge renters credit card in the amount to cover the REPLACEMENT COST of ALL damaged parts, whether cosmetic or mechanical, any towing and the applicable shop rate to repair the said snowmobile. Payment for all damages is due upon end of rental period. Snowmobile is not to be removed from the local trail system by trailer, truck or any other means. Renter is responsible for all gas and oil used and is to return the snowmobile with both the gas tank and oil tank full, with the above mentioned products, prior to the end of the rental period. Failure to keep the proper oil in the injection tank will cause engine damage and will be the responsibility of the renter to pay for all such related repairs. All previous damage to the snowmobile has been noted (by the renter and an agent of Tug Hill Snowmobile Rentals) on an inspection report prior to the rental period and shall be binding on both parties.

Renter
will be charged $40.00 per hour for snowmobile that is returned late with any portion of an hour being considered a full hour. Failure to return snowmobile within 24 hours of due date will be considered theft, the authorities will be notified and the appropriate steps will be taken to recover snowmobile. Renter is responsible for any and all losses due to theft or vandalism. I, the renter, have read and understood it’s content, agree to adhere to this agreement and furthermore understand that snowmobiling is a dangerous “AT RISK“ sport both for myself and any passengers, that I am capable of and intend to safely operate this snowmobile, that I will not allow any other person to operate this snowmobile and that I will take full responsibility for myself and passenger, and that other affected parties and we will hold harmless owner for any and all injuries, including loss of limb, loss of life, or any other cost associated with such injuries, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of companionship or loss of mental or physical stability, by me, my passenger, or family members or any others.

Rental day is from 8am to 5pm. Sleds rented for multiple days are kept overnight. Can not reserve for 1 day on the weekend, single weekend days walk ins only. Minimum age to rent a snowmobile is 18 yrs old. Valid drivers license required. Visa or Master Card required for rental deposit
